1. Avoid not according to the provisions of oil supply

Start feeding the generator at or after starting the diesel engine. The oil tubing should be connected to the diesel engine before starting the diesel engine.

The correct method is: first preheat the engine, then oil door supply oil, then start.

2. Avoid water tank without cooling water or add it after starting

After starting the diesel generator, adding cooling water will cause the hot cylinder liner, cylinder head and other important parts to burst or deformation due to sudden cold. Similarly, if you add 100℃ boiling water to the cold body, it will also crack the cylinder head and the body.

The correct method is: before starting the diesel engine, you must first add cooling water, add about 60℃ warm water to the diesel engine to preheat, then start.

3. Avoid pulling car start

Diesel engine in the case of cold engine oil viscous start, will aggravate the wear between the moving parts, thereby reducing the service life of diesel engine.

4. Avoid changing lubricating oil and fuel oil on schedule

Lubricating oil, fuel oil need to be replaced regularly, because the season changes, the use of oil fuel is also different. In the summer high temperature area, if you do not change the lubricating oil with good high temperature resistance index (such as 40, 50, 60, etc.), the oxidation stability of the lubricating oil deteriorates, aggravates its thermal decomposition, oxidation and polymerization, and is easy to deteriorate.
