Briefly describe how much lubricating oil needs to be added to diesel generator. There are two situations for filling lubricating oil to diesel engine. One is filling in working state and the other is filling in static state. It is recommended to add lubricating oil after stopping static state for 15 minutes. Diesel engines all have lubricating oil dipsticks with 2 surfaces, each of which has 2 scales: one is the OPERATING surface scale and the other is the STOP surface scale.

One. The OPERATING scale of the dipstick

1) The upper scale line of the dipstick running surface is the highest level scale line of the lubricating oil amount during the operation of the diesel engine. If the scale line is exceeded during the operation, it means that the lubricating oil is added too much or there are other liquids in the lubricating oil. The diesel engine should be stopped, and the excess lubricating oil should be discharged or the fault can be removed to run the diesel engine continuously.

2) The scale line at the bottom of the dipstick running surface is the lowest scale line of the lubricating oil amount during the operation of the diesel engine. If it is lower than this scale line during the operation, it means that the lubricating oil is less, and the diesel engine should stop filling lubricating oil or adding lubricating oil during the operation.

Two, the generator rent dipstick STOP scale money

1) The calibration line on the dipstick stop surface is the highest calibration line of the lubricating oil quantity when the diesel engine is at rest. If the calibration line is exceeded when the diesel engine is at rest, the lubricating oil is added too much or there are other liquids in the lubricating oil. The diesel engine should be stopped and the excess lubricating oil should be discharged or the fault should be eliminated.

2) The lower scale line of the dipstick stop surface is the lowest scale line of the lubricating oil quantity of the diesel engine in the static state. If it is lower than this scale line in the static state, it is less lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil should be added to the oil pan of the diesel engine.
